We are hosting TWO 5 week workshop series starting at the end of May 2021.

The first will be focused on Trauma and the stresses of COVID-19. 

The second will be geared towards stress and anxiety. Read on for more info!

Every week for 5 weeks we are going to help you unwind and release your trauma as well as give you some tools to help you manage your emotions and reactions as they arise. This will be done using a combination of NLP, hypnosis, and Bodytalk. You might recognize the term NLP as that’s one of the main techniques that Tony Robbins uses.

What is NLP?

NLP or neuro-linguistic programming, very simply put, is the way the brain communicates. It is more than just words, it is how we put those words together, the emotions we attach to them, and our body language. Studies have shown it to be a highly effective, natural way to release habits, patterns and beliefs by changing the neural pathways. 

What is Hypnosis?

Studies have shown that hypnosis is, in fact,  a unique state of consciousness in which different parts of the brain are active, more noticeable. Because physical pain and emotional pain are processed in the same part of the brain, hypnosis is highly effective at releasing stored pain from your neurology.

What is Bodytalk?

Our bodies know how to heal. When we have a broken bone, it heals, after surgery, it heals, it even knows how to heal from the common cold. Our bodies are always talking to us, letting us know what it needs to heal. We have not been taught how to listen. 

BodyTalk is consciousness-based medicine that allows communication with the innate wisdom of our body, so it can heal naturally.

Your Hosts


Daneaya is incredibly passionate about her work. After spending a couple of decades in the service industry, she felt a calling to Hypnotherapy and has remained there ever since helping people unwind their stories using a combination of hypnosis, NLP, reiki, and Bodytalk. Her voice is that of an angel. 


Carla has been practicing energy work since 1995 when her husband was sick and the medical system could not do anything for him. She got hooked on working with energy and took courses in Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Crystal Healing.

She has always been interested in natural and alternative health care, so when she was introduced to Bodytalk in 2007 she was fascinated and amazed at what it could do. Today, Carla has taken 30 Bodytalk courses included animal Bodytal and Parama I and II.

The stress & anxiety-related workshop series will be held on Monday evenings for 5 weeks beginning on May 31st and ending on  June 28th.

Body & Mindset Work

Session 1. Clear and Clean

What is the first thing you do when you move into a new house or want to renovate a room? It needs to be cleaned and cleared out first – correct?

Your energy system is the same. Everyone has an energy system, and it is the system that runs ALL the other systems in your body. It needs to be maintained just like the engine in a car. The problem is that we are not taught to maintain our energy system! Imagine what would happen to your car if you never changed the oil?

That’s why we start the series by clearing blockages from your energy system so that it flows smoothly and easily, as it should.

What we have learned through our decades of experience is that when a person’s energy system is flowing smoothly, creating a new mindset becomes easier because all parts are communicating effectively.

For those that have not ever experienced formal hypnosis, this is very similar to a guided meditation.

Session 2. All Aboard!

Have you ever experienced this thought:

“A part of me wants to, but there’s another part of me that doesn’t.”?

This is normal!

EVERY part of you was created to keep you healthy, happy, safe, and secure. Some parts simply need an update. Similar to when your phone or computer gets updated.

During this session, you will be introduced to the part of you that wants to change and the part of you that is a bit resistant using a combination of hypnosis and NLP. You will get to release old, outdated information and update with new information so that you can take better care of you.

Session 3. Live Your Way Into A New Way Of Thinking

During this session, Carla will take your body to the next level of healing while Daneaya guides you away from fear and into your power. We will be using 3 different techniques that will stick with you as you begin to live your way into a new way of thinking.

Session 4. Live Your Way Into A New Way Of Thinking

In this session, we will take any beliefs that you have discovered are holding you back and effortlessly shift them into empowering beliefs that you get to use to create the life you are worthy of living. We will then use the power of your mind to take those dreams and plant them securely into your future, ensuring that they are being pulled to you and you are being pulled to them.

Session 5. Live Your Way Into A New Way Of Thinking

In our last session together it’s all about up-leveling your physical health as well as your self love and appreciation, empowering you to maintain this new version of yourself. As you reach this new level, you will be able to appreciate the past, present, and future versions of yourself easily.
